Procedure for filing civil complaints

1. Contact the Reading Branch Office.

2. Receive complaint form from NAACP office representative.

3. NAACP office representative will document your request for a complaint form.

4. Complete complaint form in writing including your signature.

5. Return signed complaint form to the NAACP office within 15 days.

6. The Complaint Response Committee will review the information and you will be contacted.

7. A letter will be sent to you documenting the decision made by the Complaint Response Committee.
